If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, All Oz Tanks will provide a refund or credit voucher. You are responsible for the original delivery fee, as well as a collection fee and the new delivery fee for exchanged products. All items must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, or you may incur a 25% re-packaging/restocking fee. You must notify us in writing of your intent to exchange within 30 days of purchase. All Oz Tanks reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit voucher if the item is not in a salable condition or no longer conforms to the Australian Standards.
All Oz Tanks retains the authority to evaluate each case independently and may decline to facilitate an exchange depending on the condition of the returned item. The terms for your exchange are as follows:
- Presentation of proof of purchase is mandatory, with the original All Oz Tanks tax receipt being the preferred form.
- Exchange vouchers are exclusively valid at All Oz Tanks and do not have an expiration date.
- Exchange vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
